A note on why I built this

I have ADHD. I’ve never been short on ideas. But I know what it’s like to spend so much energy planning, prioritising, and getting in my own way that the things I care about keep moving to tomorrow.

I built Twice A Day to help me close that gap. A moment to commit. A moment to reflect. And a little support to find my way back when I fall off.

Because our potential deserves a chance to become something real.

— Tahj

The daily practice

Two moments a day.
With support in between.

01

Start your day: commit.

Choose what matters today and lock it in. Your commitments stay put, so you can see what you said you’d do.

Lock in during your commitment window. Once committed, tasks can’t be edited, deleted, added, or rescheduled.

Meet your personal intelligence

A little Pushy.
Always in your corner.

Meet Pushy, the friendly face of Twice A Day’s AI support. You commit and reflect. Pushy helps you find your next step—and your way back when life gets in the way.

Small friend. Big belief in you.

A gentle nudge toward what matters

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Too many ideas, a task you keep putting off, or a day that went sideways. Pushy gives the intelligence working in the background a familiar face.

  • Before you commit. Suggestions grounded in your goals, calendar, and patterns.
  • When you get stuck. Talk it through, find a smaller step, or get a nudge to come back.
  • As you learn. Weekly reports turn what happened into useful insights for what comes next.
Twice A Day messages throughout the day: a reminder to lock in your plan, a nudge about your fitness goal, and a check-in about doing the laundry
A timely nudge. A reminder of what matters. Support throughout your day.

The more you check in,
the more there is to learn.

Your commitments, reflections, and results give your AI something real to work with. Weekly reports connect the dots: what you keep putting off, when you follow through, and what to try next.

Working in the background, 24/7.

AI that understands your goals and helps you decide what to do next.

Suggestions that know you.

Get help choosing what matters today, informed by your goals and the patterns in what you actually do.

Your calendar, considered.

Connect your calendar so your commitments fit the time you have.

Keep your inbox in the picture.

Connect Gmail to bring more of your everyday context into your planning.

A thought, captured.

Use voice notes to get an idea out of your head or reflect on your day.

Keep your goals close.

Track what you’re working toward and connect it to what you do today.

Someone to think with.

Talk through a blocker with an AI whose only goal is to help you achieve yours.

Made with ADHD in mind. Not just a longer to-do list.

For the brain with a hundred plans and trouble starting one.

Task paralysis. Losing track of a thought. Spending more time planning than doing. If you have ADHD, you might know exactly what you want and still struggle to start or keep going.

Capture a thought with your voice. Get help choosing what matters today. Come back to two clear check-ins.

You don’t need to organize your whole life before taking the next step.
